Pre-Kindergarten Sign-Up
Residents of Jay, Livermore Livermore Falls with children who will be four years old on, or before, October 15, 2011, are asked to pick up a registration packet to register their child for school in the fall.
Registration packets are available at the SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICE - 9 CEDAR STREET LIVERMORE FALLS and may be picked up at anytime.
WHEN YOU RETURN THE PACKET PLEASE BRING: Official Birth Certificate, Social Security Card & Immunization Record.
